Include your app version, iOS version, and a description of the issue. Screenshots can help, but hide balances, wallet addresses, and other personal information you do not want to share. Never send a password, seed phrase, private key, or verification code.

Subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases on the paywall to restore an existing subscription while signed in to the same app account and Apple Account used for the purchase. To cancel, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and PnL Island. Deleting the app or your PnL Island account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Live Activities

Star a position in the app to follow it on Dynamic Island or the Lock Screen. Dynamic Island requires a compatible iPhone. iOS controls update delivery and activity lifetime; reopening the app can restore an ended activity.

Account and privacy requests

Use Delete Account in the app's settings or paywall account options. If you cannot access your account, email us. We may ask you to verify ownership. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
